Mohammed Mitwally, Founder/Head of Sports Law, is an experienced Sports Lawyer, Sports Law Lecturer, and legal professional dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of legal representation. 

Mitwally is an AIAF Member, LL.M holder from Maurer Law School, Indiana University, USA, holds a FIFA/CIES diploma in Sports Management, and a Sports Law diploma from Mansoura University.

He believes in building long-term relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. 

Mitwally has represented many Clubs, Players, and Agents before various Sports legal chambers such as FIFA, CAS-TAS, SAFF, etc. 

Including but not limited to: ZAMALEK SC, SMOUHA SC, Al KHOR SC, Westland Agency, Ibrahim Adel, Ahmed Belhadji, etc. 

Dr. Mitwally Abdelmoemen Mohammed, COUNSEL, 

Professor of Private Law at King Saud University and a distinguished legal expert with over 30 years of experience in civil, employment, commercial, and private international law. He holds a PhD in Private Law from France and Mansoura University in 1999, and has held several academic and administrative positions, contributing to curriculum development, academic accreditation, and institutional governance.

He has also served as a legal consultant to governmental and research institutions. He has contributed to drafting and developing regulatory frameworks, including sports legislation in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Mitwally has an extensive portfolio of publications and scholarly work and is an active participant in international conferences, seminars, and legal forums.
